Our Philosophy

The actual files we recover? We keep temporary copies ONLY long enough for you to check them (about 14 days), then we securely NUKE them from our systems. We don’t want your personal data sitting around, period.

We DO NOT sell your contact info or any of your data to anyone. We only share info if legally forced (like with a warrant) or with essential service partners (like our payment processor if you pay by card, but they don’t see your recovered files).

  • Contact/Service Records: Basic contact and service info (no file data) is kept only as long as needed for business operations and required tax/legal record-keeping (typically 6-7 years).

5. Data Security:

We use reasonable security measures (secure handling, encrypted communication where possible, secure deletion) to protect your information and Device Data. No system is 100% secure, but we take protecting your data seriously.

6. Disclosure:

We only disclose your information if required by law (e.g., warrant) or to essential service providers (like payment processors, who don’t see Device Data). We do not sell your data.
